Design, development and a practical plan for your business.
Is this the right fit?
Start with what your business needs.
For a business that needs clear ownership of ongoing website care rather than assuming a launch finishes the work.
01
Define the maintenance responsibilities
We identify the WordPress installation, hosting, required integrations and publishing tasks. The plan explains which updates and checks are covered and which changes need a separate request. Domain renewals, account ownership and recovery details should remain documented in accounts controlled by the business.
02
Use backups and checks together
A backup needs the database and relevant files, with a sensible retention and restore process. Updates should have a way back if something breaks. We agree checks for the menu, enquiry forms, article publishing and any store functions, rather than relying only on whether the homepage opens.
03
Keep content and access current
Old phone numbers, broken links and oversized uploads can undermine a well-built site. Routine reviews can cover key business information and access that is no longer needed. Response expectations and urgent-issue reporting are agreed in the maintenance scope, without implying support hours that have not been contracted.
A clear scope
Know what you’re building.
We agree the page list, features, responsibilities and launch plan before development. Final deliverables and costs are confirmed in your project proposal.
